Everything we import, in one place: hand-harvested sea salt from the Guérande marshes in Brittany, sea vegetables from the same Atlantic coast, and French mineral clays.

We buy direct from independent paludiers and have done since 2001. The salt is drained in the sun and gathered with wooden tools, then packed unrefined — no anti-caking agents and no added iodine.
