Guérande Sea Salt Bundle

Also known as a sel gris set, French grey sea salt set, or Celtic sea salt set. The salts a Guérande kitchen uses, in one order.

• 2 lb Coarse Gray Sea Salt. Pasta water, brining, roasting. Packed naturally moist, exactly as it leaves the marsh.
• 2 lb Fine Gray Sea Salt. Stone-ground the traditional way. Your everyday cooking salt, and the one that goes in the shaker.
• 4 oz Fleur de Sel de Guérande. Hand-skimmed from the surface on still summer afternoons. For finishing at the table, never for cooking.
• 3.3 oz Coarse Gray Sea Salt Grinder. Oven-dried below 110F so the crystals feed cleanly through the mill.

All four hand gathered from the Guérande marshes in Brittany, using wooden tools and the method the paludiers have used for centuries. Unrefined, so the trace minerals stay in.
