Seaweed Mineral Bath Salt combines Brittany sea salt with spirulina and laminaria algae. Throw a handful into a warm bath, ideally around 98°, and stay in for a full twenty minutes. Pat dry rather than rinsing.

The clays come from France, ultra ventilated and superfine, with no silica, no quartz and no fillers. Green clay suits oily skin and absorbs excess sebum. Red clay has the highest absorbing power of all the clays and is the one for normal to oily, sensitive or acne-prone skin. Mix either with equal parts water in a glass or wooden bowl. Not metal, which can activate the clay and weaken it.
