- Also known as Sel Gris, French grey sea salt, or Celtic sea salt for grinders. The same hand-harvested grey Atlantic salt from the Guérande marshes, dried so it feeds cleanly through a mill.
- Coarse gray sea salt from Guérande in Brittany is hand gathered and crafted using wooden implements. It is dried in a special stone oven where the temperature remains below 110°F, insuring that all trace minerals are intact. Drying gray sea salt removes excess moisture and prepares it for use in your salt grinder

Peggy McLemore The Coarse Gray Sea Salt Dried for Grinders with Brittany Seaweed is the only salt I use. The taste is great and I love the grinder. Some grinders leave the salt too coarse but this one grinds it perfectly. I've tried other sea salts, but I haven 't found anything as good as this one.
